The age of landlords acquiring new rental property has fallen due to an influx of investors in their 30s, Paragon Bank research has revealed. The average age has fallen from 46.4 in 2014 to 42.9 last year. Nearly a third (31%) of purchases were made by people in their 30s, up from 21% in 2024.
